Description

Indications : Hydromed® Gel is designed to maintain a moist wound environment for granulating, black and dry necrotic tissue in open wounds such as:

-      Pressure sores

-      Leg ulcers

-      Diabetic foot ulcers

-      Cavity wounds

-      Skin donor sites

Hydromed® Gel may also be used for 1st and 2nd degree burns.

Latex free.

Please read the label insert before use.

Contra-indications :  Hydromed® Gel is not indicated for use on 3rd-degree burns and surgical implantation.

Precaution :  For external use only.  Do not use on patients with a known sensitivity to Hydrogels.  Do not re-sterilise.  Do not use if individual tube is damaged/opened. 

Storage : Store at ambient temperature.  Avoid freezing or excessive heat. 

Keep dry and far from heating sources.  Clean and disinfect the wound before applying the dressing.
